Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Upray application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Upray is a free daily faith companion app that delivers scripture passages, devotionals, and streak tracking to help you build a consistent faith habit. The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through the App without prior written permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Upray and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Scripture texts are used under applicable licenses from their respective publishers.

6. User Content

Any content you create within the App (such as journal entries) remains yours. By using the App, you grant Upray a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never share your personal content with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
